That humor was getting a little old. It wasn't even really that funny in the first place.

So, here's something new to think about. We have a new Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. Now we need a new associate justice because poor Sandra really does still want to retire.

So... here's Slate's shortlist. I actually haven't read it yet because I'm currently grading papers ad nauseum, but you should read it because the new line-up of Bush's libertarian-fascist (and how that works, I don't know) radicals is bound to be interesting.
